Gold Standard
Restricted to 10 clients – just £295/month
- Unlimited telephone support
- A bespoke COC procedures document to meet all FSC and/or PEFC COC requirements
- Full annual audit support including:
- 1 day on-site internal audit and documented solutions one month ahead of your scheduled certification body external audit, including mandatory annual training to relevant staff, suppliers’ COC certificate validation and all other mandatory requirements
- 1 day attendance at certification body external audit
- A guarantee* that no major non-conformances are raised at the audit
- A documented post audit review and action plan to address minor non-conformances raised
- FSC/PEFC product label pre-approval
- FSC/PEFC product marketing advice including FSC trademark usage pre-approval
- Guaranteed availability for additional work up to 10 days p.a. at agreed day rate
- Fee payable quarterly in advance. Cancel any time
We restrict the numbers of clients with access to our Gold Standard service to just 10, to ensure that we can always meet the high level of service and access required by clients accessing this premium service.

Silver Service
Restricted to 25 clients – Only £145/month
- Unlimited telephone support
- Review and comment on existing COC procedures document against FSC and/or PEFC COC requirements – and review and comment on any amendments made
- Documented suppliers’ COC certificate validations
- 1 day on-site internal audit and gap analysis report
- Desk-based post-audit review and action plan to address non-conformances
- Fee payable quarterly in advance. Cancel any time
We restrict the numbers of Silver Service clients to just 25, so we can be sure of providing a quick response and a reliable service.
Bronze Service
Just £95/month – no access restrictions
- Unlimited telephone support
- Documented suppliers’ COC certificate validations
- Review and comment on existing COC procedures document against FSC and/or PEFC COC requirements
- Fee payable quarterly in advance. Cancel any time
Additonally, if you have a one-off piece of work that you need to get done we can certainly quote for that.
Conflicts of Interest – and/or the appearance of a conflict of interest
It is a fundamental requirement of any credible certification program that an auditor working for a certification body cannot also work for a company they are auditing. This is monitored and managed careful by the certification bodies so if we work for you to, for instance, help address non-conformances, deliver training, perform internal audits – or in any other way – we will declare to your certification body that we are ineligible to work as the auditor of your COC management system.
